Majdur Card का उद्देश्य

जैसे की आप लोग जानते है कि राज्य के मजदूर आर्थिक रूप से गरीब लोने के कारण अपनी आर्थिक ज़रूरतों पूरा नहीं कर पाते तथा वह अपने बच्चो को सुविधाएं प्रदान  नहीं  कर पाते | उन लोगो के लिए राज्य सरकार ने श्रमिक कार्ड योजना का शुरू किया है | इस राजस्थान श्रमिक कार्ड के ज़रिये राज्य के श्रमिक लोग सरकार द्वारा शुरू की जा रही विभिन्न योजनाओ का लाभ प्राप्त कर सकते है | ऐसे में हर राज्य की सरकार उन्हें अतिरिक्त वित्तीय एवं अन्य सुविधाओं देने के लिए उनकी मदद कर रही हैं| इस मजदूर कार्ड के ज़रिये रजास्थान के मजदूर परिवार  अच्छे से अपना जीवन व्यतीत कर सकें |

श्रमिक कार्ड से मिलने वाली योजनाओ के लाभ

  • निर्माण श्रमिक जीवन व भविष्य सुरक्षा योजना – इस योजना का लाभ आपको तब मिलेगा जब आप किसी बीमा पालिसी को लेते हैं, उसमें आपको जो प्रीमियम भरना होता हैं उसका वहन सरकार द्वारा किया जायेगा |
  • निर्माण श्रमिक शिक्षा व कौशल विकास योजना – इस योजना के अंतर्गत राज्य के लाभार्थी के बच्चे 8 से 25 हजार रूपये तक प्रतिवर्ष छात्रवृत्ति राज्य सरकार द्वारा प्राप्त कर सकते हैं |
  • प्रसूति सहायता योजना – इस योजना के तहत राज्य की कोई महिला किसी बच्चे को जन्म देती हैं तो लड़का होने की स्थिति में लाभार्थी को 20 हजार रूपये एवं लड़की होने पर 21 हजार रूपये की सहायता राशि प्रदान की जाएगी |
  • निर्माण श्रमिक सुलभ्य आवास योजना – इस योजना के तहत श्रमिक लोग अपने मकान के निर्माण के लिए लाभार्थी 50 लाख रूपये तक की राशि प्राप्त कर सकते हैं |
  • शुभशक्ति योजना – इस  योजना में यदि लाभार्थी के यहाँ कोई लड़की होती हैं तो उन्हें राज्य सरकार की तरफ से  50 हजार रूपये की आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी , और 2 लड़कियां होने पर 1 लाख रूपये दिए जाते हैं |
  • सिलिकोसिस पीड़ित हिताधिकारियों हेतु सहायता योजना – इस योजना के तहत  लाभार्थी 1 से 3 लाख रूपये तक की वित्तीय सहायता राशि प्राप्त करते हैं |  इस योजना के लिए वे निर्माण श्रमिक पात्र होंगे, जो हिताधिकारी के रूप में मण्डल में पजीकृत हो |

राजस्थान श्रमिक कार्ड 2020 के लाभ

  • राजस्थान राज्य सरकार ने सरकार की विभिन्न योजनाओं का लाभ प्रदान करने के लिए श्रमिक के लिए मजदूर कार्ड योजना शुरू की गयी है |
  • इस श्रमिक कार्ड के लिए केवल राज्य के मजदूर लोग ही आवेदन कर सकते है |
  • इस श्रमिक कार्ड के माध्यम से राज्य के मजदूर इस सभी योजनाओ जैसे निर्माण श्रमिक शिक्षा व कौशल विकास योजना , निर्माण श्रमिक सुलभ्य व आवास योजना , श्रमिक जीवन व भविष्य सुरक्षा योजना , शुभशक्ति योजना, प्रसुति सहायता योजना , निर्माण श्रमिक स्वास्थ्य व बीमा योजना , निर्माण श्रमिकों के लिए गम्भार बीमारियों पर व्यय का पुनर्भरण योजना , सिलिकोसिस पीड़ित हिताधिकारियों हेतु सहायता योजना आदि का लाभ उठा सकते है |
  • राजस्थान श्रमिक लेबर कार्ड योजना का लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए, लाभार्थी को आवेदन पत्र भरकर श्रमिक कार्ड राजस्थान के लिए आवेदन करना होगा।
  • यदि आपके पास श्रमिक कार्ड हैं और आप खाद्य सुरक्षा योजना के तहत पंजीकृत हैं तो आप 2 रूपये किलो गेंहू प्राप्त कर सकते हैं |

  • आवेदक राजस्थान का स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए |
  • एक वर्ष में 90 दिनों के लिए नरेगा में काम करने वाले श्रमिक पात्र हैं।
  • रजिस्टर Nirman Shramik श्रमिक कार्ड के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

श्रमिक कार्ड राजस्थान ऑफलाइन आवेदन कैसे करे ?

  • राज्य के जो इच्छुक लाभार्थी ऑनलाइन आवेदन नहीं कर पा रहे है तो वह ऑफलाइन आवेदन भी कर सकते है ऑफलाइन आवेदन करने के लिए आपको श्रमिक विभाग कार्यालय में जाना होगा |
  • कार्यालय में जाने के बाद आपको वह से एप्लीकेशन को लेना होगा | एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म लेने के बाद आपको फॉर्म में पूछी गयी सभी जानकारी को भरना होगा | सभी जानकारी भरने के बाद आपको अपने सभी ज़रूरी दस्तावेज़ों को अटैच करना होगा |
  • इसके बाद आपको आवेदन फॉर्म को वही जमा करना होगा | इस तरह आपको ऑफलाइन आवेदन पूरा हो जायेगा |

राजस्थान श्रमिक कार्ड 2020 पंजीकरण कैसे करे?

  • राज्य के जो इच्छुक लाभार्थी अपना श्रमिक कार्ड बनवाने के लिए आवेदन करना चाहते है तो आपको  सबसे पहले राजस्थान श्रमिक कार्ड एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म की डाउनलोड करना होगा ।
  • हमारे द्वारा दिए ये लिंक के माध्यम से आप श्रमिक कार्ड पीडीएफ डाउनलोड कर सकते है ।एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म डाउनलोड  करने के बाद एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म में पूछी गयी सभी जानकारी जैसे नाम , पता , जन्मतिथि, मोबाइल नंबर  आदि भरनी होगी ।
  • सभी जानकारी भरने के बाद आपको आवेदन प्रपत्र स्थानीय श्रम कार्यालय अथवा मण्डल सचिव द्वारा अधिकृत अन्य अधिकारी अथवा अन्य विभाग के अधिकारी के कार्यालय में निर्धारित समयावधि में प्रस्तुत करना होगा ।
  • आवेदन पत्र प्रस्तुत करने की समयावधि- आवेदन पत्र, अंशदान या प्रीमियम राशि हिताधिकारी के बैंक बचत खाते से कटौति किये जाने के वित्तीय वर्ष की समाप्ति से, एक वर्ष की अवधि में किया जा सकेगा। इस तरह आप इस योजना के तहत आवेदन कर सकते है ।

  • सबसे पहले लाभार्थियों  को जन सूचना पोर्टल की ऑफिसियल वेबसाइट पर जाना होगा । ऑफिसियल वेबसाइट पर जाने के बाद आपके सामने होम आगे खुल जायेगा ।

  • इस होम पेज पर आपको सर्विसेज का ऑप्शन दिखाई देगा । आपको इस ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करने के बाद आपके सामने अगला पेज खुल जायेगा ।
  • इस पेज पर आपको बहुत सारी योजनाए दिखाई देंगी आपको इन योजनाओ में से “श्रमिक कार्ड धारक” का विकल्प दिखाई देगा । आपको इस विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा ।

  • विकल्प पर क्लिक करने के बाद आपके सामने अगले पेज खुल जायेगा इस पेज आप श्रमिक कार्ड लिस्ट को अपने रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर , आधार नंबर एसार डी आर का चयन करना होगा और फिर भरना होगा ।
  • इसके बाद आपको खोजे के बटन पर क्लिक करना होगा । इसके बाद आपके सामने श्रमिक कार्ड लिस्ट आ जाएगी ।

अपने श्रेत्र के श्रमिक कार्ड धारकों की सूचना कैसे देखें?

  • राज्य के जो लाभार्थी अपने क्षेत्र के श्रमिक कार्ड की सूचना देखन चाहते है तो उन्हें जन सूचना पोर्टल पर जाना होगा |
  • पोर्टल पर जाने के बाद आपको योजनाओ के विकल्प में श्रमिक कार्ड धारक के विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा | विकल्प पर क्लिक करने के बाद आपके सामने अगला पेज खुल जायेगा |
  • इस पेज पर आपको “अपने क्षेत्र के श्रमिक कार्ड धारको की सूचना देखे” के विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा | क्लिक करने के बाद आपके सामने कंप्यूटर स्क्रीन पर अगला पेज खुल जायेगा |

अपने नियोक्ता के बारे में  कैसे जानें ?

  • सबसे पहले आपको जन सूचना पोर्टल पर जाना होगा | ऑफिसियल वेबसाइट पर जाने के बाद आपके सामने होम पेज खुल जायेगा |इस होम पेज आपको Services के ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करना होगा |
  • ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करने के बाद आपके सामने अगले पेज पर सभी योजनाए खुल जायेगा | इन सभी योजनाओ में से आपको श्रमिक कार्ड धारक का विकल्प दिखाई देगा |
  • आपको इस विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा | इसके बाद आपके सामने आगे का पेज खुल जायेगा | इस पेज पर आपको “अपने नियोक्ता के बारे में जाने” के विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा |
